Office Manager

Katie Bracho

Katie loves creating an organized environment that welcomes our patients and keeps everything running smoothly for our clinical team. She holds an M.S.Ed in secondary science from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in the neuroscience of learning. Prior to serving in our office, Katie taught science to middle and high school students in Naples, Fort Myers, and originally Washington, DC. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling to visit family in her home state of Vermont, fly fishing with her husband—Dr. Robert Bracho—and participating in agility events with their two dogs.

Insurance Coordinator

Zulima Moran

Originally from Cuba, Zulima has lived in Naples since she was 9 years old. She is a Certified Dental Coder as well as a Certified Dental Billing Specialist.  Zulima has been married for over 15 years and has two sons, a daughter, and two beloved dogs. Spending time with family, enjoying the pool, and shopping are some of her favorite things to do.

Front Desk Coordinators

Francesca Circiumaru

As a front desk coordinator, Francesca enjoys working as a part of a team to serve our patients. Born and raised in Naples, she attended Bonita Beauty and Wellness Academy to earn her Esthetician License. When she’s not working, Francesca loves to grab a coffee, take walks outdoors, travel, and visit the beach.

Lorri Croushore

Lorri was born in Columbus, Ohio, but has lived here in Naples most of her life. She has served as a front desk coordinator for over 20 years and feels blessed to be a part of the Naples General & Cosmetic Dentistry family. Lorri’s hobbies includes gardening, working in her yard, and listening to Christian music. She also loves spending time with her friends, her family (including her daughter, Erin, her step-daughter, Amberley, and her son-in-law, Luis), and her two dogs, Zoie and Tanner.

Receptionist

Jessa Gamboa

Having watched her mother work in dentistry for many years, Jessa was inspired to follow in her footsteps. She is passionate about making our patients feel welcome and comfortable. Jessa is of Cuban, Costa Rican, and German descent and has lived in Naples her whole life. In her free time, she enjoys skateboarding, playing guitar, video games, and playing with her five cats (especially her favorite one named Mama).

Dental Hygienists

Christine Lewis

A dental hygienist of over 25 years, Christine enjoys working as part of a caring and professional team that provides patient-centered, state-of-the-art dental treatment. She began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant before taking time off to raise her two sons here in Naples, where she also grew up. Outside of work, Christine loves to read, exercise, and cook new recipes.

Maria Gauthier

As a young girl, Maria discovered her interest in dentistry. Now, she has had the pleasure of helping patients achieve healthy smiles as a dental hygienist for over 40 years! Maria was born in Cuba and grew up here in Naples, where she loves living near the beach. She enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her daughter, son, and six grandchildren who live here as well.

Sherry Aveni

Having worked for over 40 years as a dental hygienist at different practices, Sherry appreciates the team atmosphere and the continued learning opportunities available here at Naples General & Cosmetic Dentistry. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients with periodontal disease. Originally from Massachusetts, Sherry loves the sunshine, beaches, marine life, and happy people she meets from all over the world in Naples. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and playing pickleball. She has a cat named Bentley and three grown sons who live in Sarasota.

Lab Technician

Aimara Gonzalez

As a lab technician of over 10 years, Aimara is passionate about applying the newest technology to provide the most precise results. What she finds most rewarding is being able to help improve patients’ smiles, self-confidence, and quality of life through her work. She earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification from the University of Florida in Gainesville and completed a CAD/CAM training program through D4D Technologies. Born in Texas, Aimara is of Cuban descent. She loves Naples for its beaches and many nearby theme parks. When not working, she enjoys fishing, cooking, and spending time with family. She has a daughter, son, an indoor cat, and four barn cats.

Dental Assistants

Jessica Johnson

For over 15 years, Jessica has dedicated herself to excellent patient care as a dental assistant, having studied at the Americare School of Nursing. She is originally from New York and loves the beach here in Naples. In her free time, Jessica also enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and trying foods from all over the world. She loves spending time with her better half and looks forward to living each day to the fullest.

Karla Contreras

Karla values the exciting, challenging, and patient-centered aspects of her role as dental assistant. She was born in Mexico and raised in Naples, where she attended Lorenzo Walker Technical College. In her spare time, Karla enjoys camping, fishing, and visiting national parks. She has two daughters and a cat named S’mores.

Lina Elias

For Lina, the most rewarding part of being a dental assistant is building trust with patients and helping them overcome fear or discomfort. She was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after being positively impacted by the compassionate care provided by her childhood dentist. Originally from Colombia, Lina enjoys staying active outdoors, both here in Naples and while exploring new places and cultures through travel. She also loves cooking and spending time with her family.

Sofia Velez

As a young girl growing up in Costa Rica, Sofia knew that she wanted to work in dentistry one day. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is having the opportunity to change patients’ lives by improving their health and appearance. Sofia has lived in Naples since her teenage years and studied at the Dental Assisting School in Pinellas Park. She is married, has a dog named Rocco, and loves hiking, traveling, singing karaoke, and serving at her church.

Sophia Mejia

As a dental assistant, Sophia loves helping patients regain their confidence by improving their smiles as well as teaching them about the importance of dental health. She attended Lorenzo Walker Technical College here in Naples, where she was born and raised. To Sophia, every day here feels like paradise. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and spending time at the beach.
