Welcome to Naples General & Cosmetic Dentistry! We’re glad you’re here. Here’s an explanation of our financial policies.
Payment
Payment for all services is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, including CareCredit. Read on to learn more about how you can finance your care.
Financing
We partner with CareCredit and Proceed Finance to bring you two convenient treatment financing options. CareCredit is a credit card that you can use to finance your dental care expenses through a variety of plans, some of which may offer zero interest if paid in full within a period of time. With CareCredit, you can finance care costs as low as $200. Proceed Finance allows you to finance large treatment expenses ($2,500 and over) over periods of up to 12 years.
Insurance
At Naples General & Cosmetic Dentistry, we’ll work with your insurance company to help you maximize your benefits.
In Network:
We are in network with the following insurance plans:
- Cigna PPO Total
- Cigna PPO Advantage
- Unum PPO (Select plans — please contact us to verify your benefits.)
If we are in network with your insurance plan, you’ll pay your portion at the time of service, and bill your insurance company for the balance.
Out of Network:
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we’ll be happy to file with your insurance provider for your reimbursement. We’ll ask that you pay in full at the time of service.
